Hi Ann I'm a Kiwi on the Cohousing-L list, although I currently live in Vermont in Burlington CoHousing, East Village. Don't know if you will get to Whanganui on the West Coast of the North Island at all, but there is a truly magnificent Quaker Village out there that is worth a visit if it's not too much out of your way www.quakersettlement.co.nz/ You've no doubt already discerned that here's a number of pending CoHousing developments in NZ- hard to believe it's not taken off like a rocket over there! AND- if there's any other Kiwi lurkers, I'd certainly welcome a visit here in Vermont- will even stretch to making a pavlova!
