My cohousing is curious about how other cohousings invest their reserve
monies. Stocks? Bonds? Muni bond? CDs? Money Markets? Treasuries? REITs?
Land? Gold? Bitcoin?
What level of risk do you take with long term investments? Do you have a
target return?
These answers will be affected by whether you are restricted by statutory
reserve account laws in your state. Please let us know if your account
restricts you in what investments you can make.
If there is a source for statistics on all of this, let us know.
