Dear coho community

In our forming times (2004-2008), and in the selling time of 2008-09 when
people could not sell their existing homes! - we also tried for /
market-focused towards families with children / thoughts of children. Scant
results. At LaQuerencia aka Fresno Cohousing, we have 28 homes. (mix of
townhomes and flats)

Currently we have 28 children of varying ages (plus 1 on the way) divided
into 1 age 1,  going up thru college age. we also have some part time kids.

But 11 adult only households.
