Cohousing-L Mailing List: Photovoltaic and tax credits

Our California condominium Homeowners Association is looking into the 
possibility of installing roof-top solar panels and want to explore ways of 
funding the solar project with the intent of being able to allow the homeowners 
to qualify for the tax credits.  Does anyone have experience in this matter, 
can share information, or can refer us to a lawyer or tax professional who can 
help us?
