Cohousing-L Mailing List: Comments on Mosaic CoHousing system?

Hello - We are just about to finish building and moving in so now need a
cohousing/condo accounting system.

I see in this listserve there is an organization at there with a program
called "mosaic" (demo found at - https://cohousing.site)

I am wondering is anyone is currently using this system and if so, if you
could help me with pluses and minuses.  It has a lot more than "just"
accounting on it so it could be a very useful tool for us.

(Before I found this link to Mosaic I was considering Quickbooks (not
thrilled with the cost) and GnuCash (free - but not cloud based so tied to
one computer.)
