Cohousing-L Mailing List: Monthly costs for cohousing communities

I'm wondering what typical cohousing monthly expenses are.

We'll be moving into our community, Sunnyside Village Cohousing in Marysville 
WA (about 40 miles north of Seattle) in about two years, and we're trying to 
get an estimate on what the monthly cohousing expenses (HOA dues etc.) will 
likely be

I found an article from June 2017:

 which surveyed 20 communities.  The median monthly cost at that time was 
around $350 per month. But that's 4 1/2 years ago.  How much would it be now?

I would like to ask you:  How much are your monthly cohousing costs - and which 
cohousing community you're in.
