These are hard to compare because they all include different services. Our 
internet service is included for example. Each of us pays our own electric bill 
but gas is included.  Common electricity is covered with solar panels. Our 
reserves are well funded and we have good maintenance planning.

We have 43 units ranging from one bedroom with a den to four bedrooms and a 
full basement.

The range is $409 to $562 for 2022.

Half our costs are divided equally and half divided by a number that is related 
to SF somewhat.
