Bellingham Cohousing - 33 units in townhouse style
Our 2022 dues for an average sized unit (all expenses allocated by square
feet, except meals $5 per person attending, billed monthly like dues but
not included in the community dues below)

$148 - Operating Expenses (Insurance, maintenance, training, internet &
email, retreat, legal, common house)
$253 - Reserves
$171 - Utilities - electric, trash, recycling, gas, water
