Dear Friends,

We are celebrating the passage of enabling legislation allowing us to build
an ecovillage!  We have owned our land for over five years and have gone
through numerous iterations of ordinances to get here.  Glad to share our
journey with you.

Meanwhile, we would like to know what your experience has been with Owners
who would like to have a room in the AirBnB (or other short-term rental)
network, or put their home into the network while they go on vacation.  In
general, we believe that longer-term renters should be considered
"Associates" and can contribute greatly to community life, and therefore we
plan to vet them.
