Our community, Heartwood Commons-Tulsa is in the construction phase of the project. As a result, we're trying to get all our ducks in a row in anticipation of a June move-in. What programs do you use in regards to Common Meals accounting? We use Mosaic as one of our portals. There is a component for Common Meals, but would be interested to hear how other communities track meals, expenses, reimbursements, etc. If you use Mosaic, how does the process work for your community? If you don't use Mosaic, are there effective programs you use to handle setting up, signing up, and tracking expenses/billing/reimbursements? Many thanks!
