"240V level 1" is my own invention and is probably not a phrase I should 
continue to use. The charger that came with my Chevy Bolt can handle 240V if 
the plug (and circuit breaker) can supply it, but I guess it makes more sense 
to call that level 2 charging even though it doubles as a level 1 charger (and 
that's the only way I've ever used it).
