@Philip at present our charging stations are mostly level 2 on 40A breakers
(32A max charge rate). Our community is about half your size and we
currently have 8 EVs and 5 Level 2 stations. Two vehicles have small
batteries and use Level 1. One electrified space serves two EVs that belong
to the same family, so they handle the switcheroo themselves. No other
station is shared. I would not be surprised to see one EV per household in
15 years, and our system is designed to build out incrementally to that
point.
