Thanks for the info, that's interesting. Given that you have the option for one 
charger per parking spot, did you not feel like 240V level 1 chargers could 
meet your needs? 

We're significantly behind you in EV penetration, but there's some 
chicken-and-egg going on because some residents have said they wanted to buy an 
EV but haven't because they have no place to charge. Due to the way our 
community is laid out, very few residents can even do minimal level 1 charging 
by plugging into an outdoor outlet on their house. (I can; I'm one of the lucky 
ones.) Until we get shared chargers installed here, most residents have no 
option to charge at home. 

For the record, we hope to install 48A chargers on 60A breakers.
