Hello - thanks for your work in gaining parity for condos and coops. I'm writing to call attention to one other important way in which the law treats condos and coops as lesser entities: solar tax credits. Single family homes qualify for a 26% tax credit this year, while condo associations qualify only for 10%. The tax credit is a significant amount for our cohousing project. We are under construction with 30 homes scheduled for completion this summer in a configuration of 15 flats and 15 townhomes.
