Hey there

My sense is that a lot of us are exhausted from all that's going on and
could use some empathy. It's been rough for communities - and more
listening and connection might help.

My colleague Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, who is a certified NVC trainer, is doing
a class that starts tomorrow that still has spots!

Why does NVC matter to communities? I see NVC as a language that connects.
Instead of just lingering on feelings, we get to learn the language of what
underlies everything - and that makes it much easier to connect. If you'd
like to have more understanding for *yourself* or *someone else*, you're
invited to join!
