Mosaic Commons is a 34 household cohousing community in a rural or
ex-urban small town 40 minutes to an hour west of Boston, 20 minutes
northeast of Worcester, MA. We share our 60+ acre wooded site with
Camelot Cohousing. Our newest member will be born in September, our
oldest gather regularly to talk about best ways to age in place. Our
town is pronounced Brrrrr-lin.

We have a 2BR, 1.5 BA townhome style condo available through our
state's "40B" affordable housing program. It will probably be $188,489
which is deemed affordable for people making 70% of median income for
our area.

NOTE that the state sets the prices and income restrictions, and they
have not yet done all of that. And that after a period of not finding
a buyer the who both qualifies for a mortgage and meets the
restrictions, the restrictions are sometimes loosened. If you are
