This is so important for the planet and will save the community hugely.

River Song (Eugene.OR) made the All-Electric decision 8 months before we
got our construction loan and started the build.  Our utility provider told
us we saved over $50,000 by not having to build fossil gas infrastructure.
I would be glad to share the PowerPoint that helped the community consider
