Hello! At my community (Phoenix Commons - a Senior Cohousing Community in Oakland, CA,) we've begun doing Exit Interviews when people choose to move out. We're interested in what other communities are doing in this regard. Do you have an Exit Interview process? If so, - Who conducts the interviews? Is there a team responsible for these? - When are they done? Before or after the person/s moves out? Do you do them in person? In writing? Via Zoom? - Do you have a list of set questions you ask people, or do you have a more open ended conversation? Could you share the questions you ask? - Are the interview responses considered confidential information? (Kept anonymous.) - What do you do with the information you garner from the interviews? At some point is it presented to the Community at large? We're hoping to use the information we gather from Exit Interviews to improve the quality of life in our Community -- when we see trends pointing towards a need for improvement. Thanks in advance for your input! Sherry
