Nice to hear that things are moving forward over there! I suspect attorney’s 
fees vary even more from country to country than they do from state to state 
and property to property. It depends on what they are required to do. Handle 
all the individual mortgages? The construction loan? Land purchase?

You also have the complexity of visitors quarters and that brings with it 
insurance and employees. 

Although someone else might have a guess, I suspect the best person would be a 
local real estate lawyer or a small condominium in the area.
