The Cohousing Association of the US is seeking a bookkeeper to be
employed for an average of 10-15 hours/month. We would love to hire
someone with experience in cohousing, as this is a great opportunity
to support the cohousing movement.

Duties include:


  *   Monthly reconciliation between Quickbooks online and bank statements
  *   Payroll
  *   Process and file annual W2s and 1099s
  *   Work with CPA to confirm annual 990 filing
  *   Work with ED and staff for deposits and invoicing as needed

Terms of the contract and compensation are negotiable. We are seeking
someone to begin ASAP and would offer the opportunity to attend the
National Cohousing Conference in Madison, WI (attendance not required
for employment).
