Cohousing-L Mailing List: How much did your community end up paying for Legal Fees?

 Greek Village Cohousing just returned from another great group trip to
Greece!

Raines and Betsey joined us, and we all had an extremely productive and fun
time.

We are  currently in the midst of our final site layout plan, our MOU
phase, and we are readying for a formal contract.  Since we are the first
in Greece, there is no precedent for indirect costs like attorney's fees.

Do any of the more recent communities (perhaps around 5 years or less)
remember how much you paid for attorney's fees as a community?
