Thank you so much for this. I love seeing how you are making double use of
your chart of accounts, by giving folks a finite list to choose from as they
write up their expense vouchers. I think we might be copying this idea!

Our 30 homes will be ready for move in pretty soon -- sometime within the
next three months -- so thank you so much for helping us get our HOA
bookkeeping up and running.
