That is the joy of working with a management company that has (basically) set 
general ledger fields and you get to use theirs.

It is our painting fund and Painting Contract or Painting Labor might be a 
better description. (We don’t usually paint anything ourselves…because amateur 
painters are supposedly bad and we seem to like to pay people a lot to do 
things we should be doing ourselves…)
