Cohousing-L Mailing List: Code of Conduct for Cohousing

As a cohousing association, do you have established codes of conduct for your 
groups?  How do you handle conflicts within this area?  I assume it doesn't 
come up much that someone feels harassed or threatened w/in their neighborhood, 
but am curious if any groups have experience handling this sort of conflict.
