Cohousing-L Mailing List: question about mosaic cohousing communications platform

We are having an issue at my cohousing community (I am an associate member
there now, after moving back into town a year ago), with time sensitive
emails sent to our community email list being delayed for some but not all
users.

I've suggested the Mosaic platform for a number of reasons, but I was asked
- reasonably - if there are issues with delays in messages and emails. (Our
issues seem to be multi sourced, but a big one has to do with frequency at
which servers pick up the messages sent to the group list.)

I know some communities are already using Mosaic, so if folks who have
experience with it could let me know? I would love to hear your thoughts
about delays in email list.
