Lee Batholemew did this report for Katie a decade ago, supporting the
anecdotal perception that cohousing resells well. At Wild Sage, here in
Boulder, it's our impression that cohousing units typically (not always)
sell fast and for a good price/sf (which is also skewed because of
amenities that are not in the sf of your unit contributing to the value).
It's pretty much impossible to get real comps because there usually aren't
a ton of cohousing units reselling in a distinct market over a short enough
period of time.
