Sandy, Would this be a time for an anonymous survey? Asking why they don’t 
come, what would encourage them to come, if alternatives like group exercise or 
a daily coffee hour might be more appealing and in line with their 
needs/schedules. My COVID community (cohousing only because we shared a large 
apartment complex) responded more to group outdoor exercise (yoga)  than to 
anything else.
