We do offer our Guest Rooms to prospective members. Below is a copy of our 2012 guidelines which have not been revised and has worked very well. We still use a paper calendar. Looks like we should work on a revision! Nancy Morehouse Wolf Creek Lodge WCL Guest Room Information and Trial Guidelines Information Guest Room 1 (on the first floor) has a queen bed and a handicap accessible attached bath which can also be accessed from the hall for public use. Guest Room 2 on the second floor has a trundle bed with 2 twin beds and a private bath; it will have a queen bed shortly. The Caregiver’s Suite on the second floor will have a queen bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds, a living room, potential kitchen area, and a private bath. Note: currently there are no beds available for this space so no guests may be scheduled in this room. There are 2 sets of sheets for each bed in the Guest Rooms and two sets of towels for each potential guest. The extra sheets and towels will be stored in the cabinets in the laundry room. Please return clean linens to each designated place. Trial Guidelines Rooms are reserved on first come-first served basis by posting on a calendar in the Common House. Guests may be community members, family, friends, prospective home buyers, or other cohousers. Length of stay: up to one week or longer under special circumstances. Each guest must have a member host. If all guest rooms are booked, then there will be a waiting list in case the first guest has a change in plans. The host who made the first reservation needs to notify the next member host as soon as possible if the guest will not be coming so other guests may use the room if needed. > On Mar 20, 2023, at 11:05 AM, Lisa Kuntz <lisa.kuntz [at] > daybreakcohousing.org> wrote: > > Currently, our Common House Team limits guests to friends and family of > members, although we have hosted fellow cohousers in the past.
