Our policy is here: https://mosaic-commons.org/guest_reservations We welcome cohousers and members can reserve the room for their own family or friends. We've had a few times someone has used it for a long time (I have a friend who stayed on and off for almost a year). After 5 (I think) uses, there is a small donation requested.
