Re: limits on rentals and absentee landlords?

To clarify about Sharingwood, we have a number of small apartments added to 
people’s homes that are rentals. This has given the opportunity for people like 
myself, who are unable to buy a home, to live in community. The problem we’ve 
had has been home rentals where the owner has been absent from the community 
for sometime, has not kept up the house, and has not cared about whether the 
renters are interested in being a part of the community. This has resulted in 
two homes occupied by nonparticipating families.
