The post earlier today from Marilyn Kakudo <mkakudo [at] comcast.net>
unfortuantely had some extranious bytes at the end of the URL that
made it fail (tho it would work if one deleted those in the location box).
Below is an excerpt from her message with a corrected URL.

In our email exchange about this after I had examined their web site I
asked a couple questions which I include below with her answers since I
suspect they might be of interest to others.

After looking at https://www.adamscreekcohousing.com/our-site Fred asked:
Q. Will the existing structure on the site be removed?

A. Yes, the original building structure was removed prior to construction
- beautiful old house. We salvaged as much as we could for the family
who lived there before we purchased, and dug up countless spring bulbs
which have a temporary home at one of our member’s home in Hood
River until we can restore them to the property. We’ve been clearing
the invasive ivy and blackberry vines, and doing cleanup along our
creek to restore its beauty and make it a safe place for all to enjoy
(removing junked items, glass, trash, etc.)

Q. Also with " 25 Residential Units Designed as "Stacked Flats" " in 3
structures, will you have any elevators or ways to get to second floor
units with a wheel chair?

A. Good point about accessibility! All but five of the units are
accessible either on the ground floor or via an elevator that serves
the three story building. There are five second floor units in the two
buildings next to the creek that are accessed by a stairway. I have
one of them and am getting an important lesson, as I broke my foot
(ladder fall picking cherries on one of those orchards I raved about)
early July! Ouch! But recovery going well, and I’ll know to avoid
tippy ladders from now on!
