Considering cohousing in the Pacific Northwest? Come to one of our virtual Zoom 
open houses and learn about our community, members, gorgeous location (really, 
in the Columbia Gorge) and project in construction with completion in early 
2024!
Our homes will be walkable and bike-able to the amenities of our “big little 
town”, even the downtown and waterfront. Hood River is on the north end of a 
notable agricultural area of fruit orchards, vineyards and small farms, the 
southern edge rising up the flanks of Mt Hood. I especially love the beauty of 
the landscape covered by orchards in spring bloom and then the warm rich colors 
in autumn. Our location is on 2 1/2 acres with a year round spring-fed creek 
nestled in a forest grove, making it hard to believe we live in town!
We are a multi-generational community sharing values of diversity, 
sustainability, resource sharing, support and connection, responsible 
stewardship and intend to have a remarkably good time together! We currently 
have two and three bedroom units available, including a fully accessible 2 
bedroom home.
