You need to set the settings of the meeting when you first set it up  as
‘participants can join without host present’ and ‘no waiting room’ . Set
the meeting frequency to ‘meet any time’.

The host key can be found under ‘profile’ in the account settings (in
zoom.us) and “claim host’ is located at the bottom of the participants list
once the meeting opens.
