There are many alternatives to Zoom (most of which work better in my experience). Others suggested meet.jit.si which is great and free; if you have a budget for it I also recommend, in the spirit of principal 6 and supporting other co-ops, meet.coop. We use it heavily at a few co-ops I'm a member of and I've always found it to be much easier to use and more reliable than Zoom.

Hi, Co-Co-Housers,

I hope all is well.

Zoom has been wonderfully helpful for us these past few years when it has not
been advisable to meet in person.
I am grateful that we have it.

Still, we find that for us it has limitations we do not know how to overcome——
If you have a way to share a Community Zoom Account please let us know.
We would like to be able to have various community members schedule and host a
Zoom meeting.
We have not figured out how to do this.

We know that the holder of the account can initiate a meeting, turn over the
meeting to a co-host and then leave the meeting.
We do not know how to just have person B—— the co-host— simply open the meeting
and host from their computer.

May the coming year be filled with your hearts desire----- with moments of
joy, delight, and peace. And may goodness ripple out around the world.
