Some of our smaller teams continue to occasionally meet via zoom where that is
more convenient, but those are not hybrid meetings. For our general meetings,
we offer a hybrid option via the following policy:

A Zoom option will be provided to allow for travel, illness, etc.

We will trust that members have a good reason for choosing remote.

If we see a pattern of remote attendance, we will follow up to see how to
enable more in-person attendance.

The setup will be simple, with no expectation for remote to be as good as
in-person.

We don’t use a projector when meeting in person. People can bring devices to
view documents/presentations. Our “simple” setup is a higher quality
speaker/microphone in the center of the room, and an assigned zoom monitor to
watch the zoom screen for someone trying to raise their hand or speak.
