Hi Fred, I don't know if this is what you are thinking of, but we have a contract with Spectrum to bring internet services to most of our residents. Each of our two large buildings have complicated panels that distribute the service to 29 units and the Common House. We also figured out a way to run it underground to 5 other nearby homes. We haven't figured out a way to get it to the 6 unserved homes, so they have to get their own internet service. This costs each user $12/month. We have two residents who buy and set up modems, troubleshoot problems, and generally understand what we need to have good service for work and streaming. This is one of the best amenities we offer.
