We have an info@ account for our cohousing community. That is the email address
associated for the zoom account, so the person hosting the meeting logs into
zoom using that email which makes them the “host” which gives them control of
breakout rooms and recording as well as admittance from waiting room (if you
have this preference).

> Zoom has been wonderfully helpful for us these past few years when it has not
> been advisable to meet in person.
> I am grateful that we have it.
>
> Still, we find that for us it has limitations we do not know how to
> overcome??
> If you have a way to share a Community Zoom Account please let us know.
> We would like to be able to have various community members schedule and host
> a Zoom meeting.
> We have not figured out how to do this.
>
> We know that the holder of the account can initiate a meeting, turn over the
> meeting to a co-host and then leave the meeting.
> We do not know how to just have person B?? the co-host? simply open the
> meeting and host from their computer.
