Cohousers - I've been using ZOOM for my biz well before COVID. There have been 
massive improvements over the years. I set up a separate ZOOM room for the 
community and the residents, and "loan" access to my account. "Host has another 
meeting in progress" use conflicts are rare. My neighbors have the courtesy to 
ask before they use the room for their personal meetings. I rent an office in 
the Common House and share access to my internet with people and guests who are 
in the Common House for one reason or another.
