Hi Zev!

Our group has been meeting in Greece every 3 months for a little over a
year, and I agree it is a blast and has brought us close together. In the
past we've chosen to do design workshops, but our Common House design is
complete! Our site plan will soon follow, so onto sociocracy training, some
great Laird classes and all of the other wonderful courses out there.
However, professional led or developer led classes do not replace new
member orientation from the people- the actual members. Having everything
professional or developer led leads to its own version of lack of
absorption or integration of social norms in my opinion, so I would really
love to see the material from Shift if they are willing to share.
Because we are in Europe, I've reached out to try to get samples from all
of the amazing communities we are surrounded by, but no luck so far. Can
you send me some of their orientation materials?

Pare
