Greeting Pare,
Training future resident at a distance is challenging as you are experiencing.
At SHIFT Esperanza here in Costa Rica we emphasize the importance of coming to
Nosara so they can experience the property, meet the development team, and
engage in productive discussions and learnings face-to-face. For any community
gearing up outside the US one of the critical steps is are they willing to
travel?

We have also found that a “buddy” system is very helpful to assist new members
to understand and really take in the guidelines and practices of the emerging
community.
