One thing that you might want to clarify is whether the parents have to be in 
the meeting if their children were in the kids room with the sitter. I 
discovered after the fact that one of our parents had been putting their child 
in with the sitter and going grocery shopping. 

That raises a lot of issues, most importantly who knows who is responsible for 
the child? Even for a cut on a finger, someone needs to know who decides what 
is needed.
