We have a Jackson commercial machine that was second-hand when our community was built in 1999. We've never had a service company complain about being a residential site, but I assume that would depend on conventions or ordinances in your specific locale. Mostly we have been fixing it ourselves as we have some DIYer residents and a machine of our age is not high tech 😁. There are online parts suppliers; some old parts are hard to get, you may have to substitute.
