 Thanks.  So if you too have a Jackson and you have been able either to fix it 
yourselves of lure someone on site, then I'll look a bit closer for someone. I 
agree the machine looks way simpler than our residential one.!!

We have a Jackson commercial machine that was second-hand when our community 
was built in 1999. We've never had a service company complain about being a 
residential site, but I assume that would depend on conventions or ordinances 
in your specific locale. Mostly we have been fixing it ourselves as we have 
some DIYer residents and a machine of our age is not high tech 😁. There are 
online parts suppliers; some old parts are hard to get, you may have to 
substitute.
