Isn’t that just retaliation? but yes if the cops are effective at resolving
the issues; perhaps beyond the harm reduction phase. The policy may assist
in being able to evict? And the policy would enable members to understand
the standards and what would prompt “authorities”, since just because
people have the right to “call the cops” doesn’t mean the cops are
effective at resolving the harm.
