I’m not aware of any cohousing communities doing this, but there are probably 
some I am unaware of.

I think there are many other (non-cohousing) intentional communities that do 
so, however. I would suggest you review the communities directory at ic.org 
<http://ic.org/>. You might find good examples of what you have in mind.
