I am curious how you manage requests from visitors who are members of other cohousing communities to stay in your guest room(s) whilst traveling? If you charge for your guest rooms, do you charge the same for these guests? Do you have any restrictions on days of the week, number of nights, or times of year for hosting these travelers? Do you require an on-site host for these guests (as would be the case for friends/family)? Who in your community fields requests and manages reservations for these guests? Who does the cleaning/linens/room set-up when these guests leave? If anyone is willing to share their policies/guidance documents on these issues, or if you have more detailed info to share, please forward to me at jjuneau98 [at] gmail.com or call me at 817-933-4334. Thanks much. JJ Adams Creek Cohousing Hood River, OR
