Hi all, We’re facing a significant increase in our condo/HOA fees following a recent Capital Reserve Study, and I’m hoping to gather examples of what fees look like in other Cohousing communities. At Burlington Cohousing East Village, current monthly fees range from *$420 to $560*. They include water and gas for heating *for some units* (we have two buildings on separate systems). Our fee calculation also factors in *living space and number of residents*. If you’re willing to share your community’s fee structure, including what’s included and how fees are calculated (although a general range is fine also) I’d really appreciate it. This will help us get a broader sense of what’s typical or sustainable. Thanks in advance, Chris -- Chris Hansen (sher/her) 32 East Village Drive Burlington Vermont 05401 USA Ph 603 3988730
