Hi fellow co-housers,

If anyone is considering this one month chance to experience the Bay 
area and all it has to offer, and to try out co-housing, I am a member 
of Phoenix Commons and attended the 2022 Co-housing conference in 
Madison WI where I met so many experts and members.  If anyone takes up 
this occupancy, I would be happy to buddy with you and help you learn 
the ropes and the neighborhood.  It happens that Dyan Wiley, who leads 
our SAGE senior co-housing group will be in the area in early November 
looking at communities.   We are on the estuary between Oakland and 
Alameda and have kayaks to explore the waterways.  I can take you.  Come 
adventure!
