uncertainty.

Imagine communities alive with trust, purpose, and shared leadership — where 
every voice matters and decisions move us forward together. That’s the spirit 
of the 5th Annual Intentional Communities Conference: Bringing Our Best Selves 
to the Whole, powered by Sociocracy For All (SoFA). Whether you live in a 
cohousing neighborhood, co-op, CLT, emerging community, or are part of a 
nonprofit organization, Unitarian Universalist, or other progressive 
congregation, this gathering invites you to deepen your practice of 
collaborative governance and help create systems that truly work for everyone.

Across 20 engaging sessions led by experienced facilitators, we’ll explore 
themes like “Preparing the Ground for Being Together” with Ted Rau, “Creative 
Sociocracy in Communities Worldwide” with Diana Leafe Christian, “The Inner 
Work of the Collective Self” with John Schinnerer and Krista Bremer, and “The 
Good, the Bad and the Almost Ugly – How Sociocracy Saved Our Village” with Mena 
Quilici and team.

Together, we’ll discover how inner work fuels collective strength and how 
sociocracy offers the practical tools to build reliability, resilience, and 
belonging. Join us — let’s nurture the roots of healthy, self-governing
