There's a group our of Portland called Age+ who have already built three
affordable senior communities in Oregon.

They have a very cost-effective model. I don't know if they're working in
california, but contact them for details.

 They're good people. We're trying to find a parcel for them to work with
here in Hood River county. Good luck and great work!
